Min runs a sewing store, Needle & Thread, at the heart of Main Street in Camden Falls. There, Flora and Ruby become friends with Olivia, who likes to organize things, and Nikki, who lives on the wrong side of the tracks. Even if Flora and Ruby never expected it to, Camden Falls becomes their home . . . and its stories become a part of their stories.
Musher Reviews
This is a story about two sisters, named Ruby and Flora. Their parents die in a car crash and they go to live with their Grandmother Min. Min is short for minute. They become friends with their next door neighbor Olivia. They also meet a girl named Nicki. She lives on the wrong side of town, but after a while they become friends with her as well. The story goes on to tell about how the girls and Grandmother Min spend their summer. I really enjoyed this book. I recommend this book mainly for girls.
